Sometimes a whole bunch of plants grow in one spot and we have a discussion about whether they are weeds (probably) or a reseeded flower from last year. Usually it only takes two to three weeks before they reveal their true identity. Then it’s either the hoe or the watering can depending on the outcome.

Weeds are simply plants that grow in the wrong spot. It doesn’t mean they are ugly or lack interest. Sometimes they bring a refreshing look when allowed to mature off the beaten path.
